The price is R$ 2.100,00 for SPE members and R$ 2.300,00 for nonmembers, with a special R$ 200,00 discount until 25 August 2024″

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to brazil_section@spemail.org. Cancellation before 25 August 2024 will receive a full refund less a 10% discount cancellation fee to support financial costs. Refunds for cancellations received after 25 August 2024 will not be paid.

It is possible to change the name that will go if informed one week before via email to brazil_section@spemail.org.

All outstanding payments must be received on or prior to the date of the event for participants to be allowed to attend. SPE Brazil reserves the right to cancel the registration if no payment is received prior to or on the date of the event

All of our board are volunteers and SPE is a nonprofit organization. Any income from this event will be invested back into SPE to support many other Society programs.
