Tabita Loureiro holds a degree in Production Engineering from UFF, a postgraduate degree in Petroleum Engineering from PUC-Rio, and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, also from PUC. She holds an MBA in Oil and Natural Gas Management from the Geneva Business School and is a regulation specialist at the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP), where she served as a public official for 17 years. She is currently the Technical Director at Pré-Sal Petróleo.

Chemical engineer graduated from UFPR, with a specialization in Petroleum Engineering at Petrobras beginning in 1987. Professional experience started in the Recôncavo Basin as a completion engineer, with a focus on hydraulic fracturing techniques for low-permeability formations. This area of expertise later led to a master’s degree at Unicamp, completed in 1995.
In 2013, joined Enauta as a Master Completion Engineer, remaining in the position until 2024. In 2022, received the SPE Latin America Regional Completions Optimization and Technology Award. Returned to Petrobras in 2025 as a Well Integrity Engineer, a position held until retirement. Currently works as an independent consultant.

Leonardo Carneiro is Head of Production Excellence at Shell, where he has built a 34-year career in the oil industry. He has extensive experience in production operations, venture and asset management, logistics, contract management, and negotiation. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul and a postgraduate degree in Finance Administration from PUC Minas. In 2024, he completed the Negotiation Mastery program at Harvard Business School.

Dimitrios Chalela Magalhães is an Executive Manager of Production Development Projects at Petrobras. With more than 20 years of experience in supply chain, asset management, operational excellence, and capital project delivery. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and has completed executive education programs at IESE Business School and Harvard Business School. Throughout his career at Petrobras, he has held leadership roles across capital projects, offshore maintenance, downstream logistics, inventory and warehousing, strategic sourcing, procurement, and category management. His experience includes managing highly complex portfolios and annual CAPEX budgets exceeding US$7 billion, leading large-scale strategic negotiations, and overseeing extensive global supplier networks. He has also served as a Board Member, contributing to investment decisions, corporate governance, risk management, organizational transformation, and capital allocation.

Marcelo Ramis is a Chemical Engineer with more than 24 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a solid background in operations, maintenance, asset management, and project implementation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from UFRGS and a Master’s degree from COPPE/UFRJ. He currently serves as General Manager of Projects and Pre-Operations for the Búzios Field, leading the implementation and pre-operations of seven high-capacity FPSOs and field development projects. His expertise focuses on asset management, reliability, human factors, and the application of new technologies to enhance productivity and operational safety.

José Formigli joined Petrobras in 1983 where he worked as a petroleum engineer in E&P, on and offshore Brazil, and was responsible, among other activities, for the implementation of Pre-salt projects since first discoveries, as well as Managing Director of E&P until early 2015. Since then, he has been working with his own consultancy Forsea Engenharia, and also acting as a member of the Advisory Boards of Operators and Suppliers. In 2023 Formigli joined as Sr Operating Partner the Fifth Ocean Group, an US Private Equity fund.
Formigli holds a degree in Civil Engineering from IME and an MBA from COPPEAD and a management course from INSEAD; he is a member of SPE and SUT, Doctor Honoris Causa at the University of Aveiro/Portugal, having been awarded by SPE and IBP, including the Leopoldo Américo Miguez de Mello Award at ROG 2022 and OTC 2025 Distinguished Achievement Award for Individuals.

Since joining MODEC in 2015, Rodrigo has been actively involved in strategic FPSO projects development for MODEC in Brazil and international markets. Over the years, he has embraced various roles, including Subsurface Management, Joint-Venture Governance, and leadership in the Safety & Environment function. His role prior to this was as General Manager, Sabah Asset. There he played a crucial role in the production growth of the Gumusut-Kakap and Malikai fields, the largest producing deepwater assets in Malaysia. This period under his guidance saw the asset being honored twice with Shell’s prestigious Upstream Asset of the Year award, alongside receiving several Operational Excellence accolades from Petronas. He has more than 40 years of professional experience, including 38 years in Executive Director positions. He is responsible for Sesi/Senai RJ.
He began his career in the financial sector, where he worked for 22 years, before moving to the industrial production sector, where he has been with FIRJAN for the past 26 years.
He holds a Master’s degree in Management Systems from UFF, a postgraduate degree in Foreign Exchange from FGV, and executive education specializations in management, strategy, innovation, and corporate governance from Cambridge, Wharton, INSEAD, and MIT. He also holds a board member certification from FGV.
In addition to his corporate experience, he is active in the nonprofit sector as the founder and sponsor of ESPAÇO PEQUENO CIDADÃO, a nonprofit organization that has supported underprivileged children in São Gonçalo through education for the past 31 years. He also serves as a professor and speaker.

Theodoro Netto is a Full Professor at COPPE/UFRJ’s Ocean Engineering Program. In 1989, early in his career, he co-founded the Subsea Technology Laboratory, now one of Brazil’s leading research centers in ocean and offshore technology. He holds a degree in Naval Architecture from UFRJ (1988, cum laude), a Master’s in Ocean Engineering from UFRJ (1991), and a Master’s and PhD in Engineering Mechanics from The University of Texas at Austin (1995, 1998).
He coordinated the National Human Resources Program on Structural Integrity of Oil and Gas Industry Installations (2004–2008, ranked 1st nationally) and chaired UFRJ’s Ocean Engineering Department (2012–2016). A longtime Visiting Professor at UT Austin, he serves as Associate Editor of the ASME Journal of Offshore Mechanics and Arctic Engineering, having chaired ASME’s Ocean, Offshore, and Arctic Engineering Division (2019–2020), and recently co-edited the Handbook of Pipeline Engineering (Springer Nature, 2024). He currently serves as Director of the Brazilian Society of Marine Engineers.

Chemical engineer graduated from UFPR, with a specialization in Petroleum Engineering at Petrobras beginning in 1987. Professional experience started in the Recôncavo Basin as a completion engineer, with a focus on hydraulic fracturing techniques for low-permeability formations. This area of expertise later led to a master’s degree at Unicamp, completed in 1995.
In 2013, joined Enauta as a Master Completion Engineer, remaining in the position until 2024. In 2022, received the SPE Latin America Regional Completions Optimization and Technology Award. Returned to Petrobras in 2025 as a Well Integrity Engineer, a position held until retirement. Currently works as an independent consultant.

Theodoro Netto is a Full Professor at COPPE/UFRJ’s Ocean Engineering Program. In 1989, early in his career, he co-founded the Subsea Technology Laboratory, now one of Brazil’s leading research centers in ocean and offshore technology. He holds a degree in Naval Architecture from UFRJ (1988, cum laude), a Master’s in Ocean Engineering from UFRJ (1991), and a Master’s and PhD in Engineering Mechanics from The University of Texas at Austin (1995, 1998).
He coordinated the National Human Resources Program on Structural Integrity of Oil and Gas Industry Installations (2004–2008, ranked 1st nationally) and chaired UFRJ’s Ocean Engineering Department (2012–2016). A longtime Visiting Professor at UT Austin, he serves as Associate Editor of the ASME Journal of Offshore Mechanics and Arctic Engineering, having chaired ASME’s Ocean, Offshore, and Arctic Engineering Division (2019–2020), and recently co-edited the Handbook of Pipeline Engineering (Springer Nature, 2024). He currently serves as Director of the Brazilian Society of Marine Engineers.

Roberta holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from COPPE-UFRJ. She joined Petrobras in 2003 and, in February 2004, completed a specialization in Petroleum Engineering. At Petrobras, she began her career as a Reservoir Engineer, working in water management, reservoir management, and reservoir geomechanics. She has worked on several major projects, applying technologies during the production development phase in the Campos Basin and in the Santos Basin pre-salt.
From 2010 to 2012, she managed the Corporate Reservoir Engineering team and, from 2013 to 2018, led the Búzios, Sépia, and Itapu Reservoirs team. In December 2018, she was appointed General Manager of Information Technology and Telecommunications for the Upstream segment. In March 2022, she became General Manager of Reservoir Technology. In May 2023, she became General Manager of Research, Development and Innovation (R&D&I) for E&P at CENPES. She is currently responsible for the Energy Transition and Sustainability R&D&I portfolio.
