Larissa is a civil engineer who graduated from the Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora. She holds a master's degree in environmental engineering from the Universidade do Porto in Portugal. Additionally, she has a postgraduate degree in petroleum engineering from PUC Rio and holds two MBAs, one in project management from Ibmec and another in business from Fundação Dom Cabral. Larissa has been working in the oil and gas industry since 2007, primarily focusing on big vessel chartering. She spent almost 12 years at Constellation and has been with BW Offshore since 2018.

Mr. Abi Ramia holds an Electrical Engineering degree from UFRJ and has been active in the oil and gas industry since 1987. He started at Petrobras, where he served until 2009, holding roles such as Marlim Field Asset Manager and later as Petrobras America's Operations Manager from 1999 to 2002. He also managed the Exploration and Production Business Unit in Rio de Janeiro from 2005 to 2008. From 2009 to 2012, he oversaw OGX's production unit installations. With seven years at Karoon Energia, he led the acquisition of the Baúna field in Petrobras' divestment program. Since 2022, Mr. Ramia has been with Enauta serving as Operation's Executive Manager, focusing on operations at the Atlanta Field, participaiting in the FPSO Atlanta project and supporting the implementation of Atlanta's definitive system.

Rodrigo Rocha is currently the Business Development and Proposal Manager for MODEC in Brazil, responsible for engaging new projects and clients in the country, having participated directly on the contract awards of the FPSOs destinated to Sepia, Mero 1, Buzios 5 and Marlim 1 areas. The company is currently building 2 FPSOs for Brazil and operates 14 units in the region, which process close to 25% of the total production in the country. With large experience in the oil and gas industry, before joining MODEC in 2015, Rodrigo worked with business development and contracts management in drilling, shipbuilding and FPSO companies. Rodrigo holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) with a post-graduation degree by the Brazilian Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels Institute (IBP).

Júlio Meirelles has worked within Santander’s Project Finance team since April 2012, working with financial advisory and credit structuring of projects in several sectors, including energy, water & sewage, social infrastructure, natural resources and private public partnerships. Before joining Santander’s Project Finance division, Mr. Meirelles spent 2 years working within Santander’s Corporate & Investment Banking team covering the Construction & Infrastructure and Transportation sectors. Economist with MBA in finance, was an employee at ANP - the National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels. With 16 years at BNDES – the Brazilian Development Bank, has extensive experience in financing projects in the oil and gas industry, especially in the natural gas distribution segments, as well as in financing projects related to the offshore shipping industry. Currently the Head of the Oil, Gas, Navigation and Decarbonization Department, she leads projects aimed at the production of biomethane and the development of new sustainable fuels such as SAF, HVO and Low Carbon Hydrogen.

Marcelo has 14 years’ experience in the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry at Petrobras, with a background in greenfield projects implementation. He participated in the conceptual design, FEED, bid and EPC phase of the first LNG Terminals of Brazil. Since 2012, Marcelo joined the FPSO portfolio, managing design and procurement phases on EPC contracts and also coordinating the bid phases for leased units. In 2021, Marcelo took on the role of FPSO Innovation Portfolio Sector Manager, where engineering, R&D and operations get together to deliver innovation projects to Petrobras new FPSOs, improving economic value, reducing emissions and also reducing man-hours exposed to risk. Marcelo earned his Mechanical Engineering degree in 2002 from Universidade de Brasilia (Brazil) and holds two master’s degrees: in Project Management (from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro-Brazil) and in Construction Management (from University of Texas at Arlington-USA).

Robert Seah has had 17 years of experience working in the offshore Oil and Gas industry in a unique variety of roles, initially as a subject matter expert in hydrodynamics and global performance response. As the digital lead for the Subsea, Civil and Marine Engineering Unit, he spearheaded Chevron's Deepwater Support Center, capable of monitoring the integrity of Chevron's deepwater assets worldwide. Robert is also part of Chevron's Enterprise Robotic Team specializing in marine robotics. He has Doctorate and Masters degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkleley.

Graduated in Naval Engineering from POLI-USP in 2009. Possesses extensive experience in naval engineering, including hydrodynamic calculations, stability assessments, dynamic positioning, mooring, underwater pipeline deployment, and small-scale testing. Contributed to basic and detailed design phases, as well as the construction of Replicant FPSOs. Provided naval engineering support for the operation of the FPSO Fluminense. Served as Naval Integrity Coordinator, managing the internal and external hull integrity, mooring systems, and oil relief systems for Brazil's FSO/FPSO fleet. Currently works as the Principal Asset Integrity Engineer at Modec do Brasil.
